WESTROOT, este o formatie de COUNTRY-BLUE GRASS-WESTERN, axata pe compoziții proprii interpretate intr-un stil modern cu elemente si influente din: country, blue-grass, western, blues, funk, fusion, rock-progressive. Formatia transmite o muzica plina de melodicitate, o muzica elaboratã, avand un sound original cu adevarat unic in peisajul autohton.
Evenimentele la care formatia a luat parte s-au bucurat de aprecierea unei game largi de public, incantand auditoriul prin tehnica instrumentala si prin abordarea originala a compozitiilor. Caracteristica principala de remarcat, este combinatia de instrumente: banjo, vioara, mandolina, chitara , tobe si bas care formeaza o atmosfera specifica stilului transpusa intr-o maniera moderna de interpretare.
